Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to CEO & GM, organize the daily operation of the General Management office and perform all associated secretarial & clerical duties to ensure all needs for materials, information, and services are addressed.
  • Maintain close working relationship with internal customers and vendors to ensure high service quality are provided
  • Deal with co-ordinate itineraries, air-ticket booking, hotel and transportation arrangement and setting up of meetings for staffs and visitors by following the business travel policy and procedure
  • Co-ordinate the monthly management meeting and prepare the agenda & minutes
  • Co-ordinate the town hall and/or events with related parties, facilitate to prepare the Townhall presentation material

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with formal secretarial training
  • 5 years of solid working experience as Personal Assistant and/or office administration
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
