Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
- Able to work full time during summer, and continue for part time preferably at least 3 days per week afterwards
- Assist in staff onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist in preparing staff card, letters and contracts
- Updating data, filing and documentation
- Bachelor or Associate Degree students
- Major in HRM or related discipline
- Attention to details, proactive with can-do attitude
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
