Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Asia, HR Business Partner acts as the face of HR with the business stakeholders and functional managers to optimize business performance through identifying opportunities, developing and delivering effective HR strategies, plans and activities.  To deliver consistently high standards of implementation of HR principles, policies and procedures ensuring a smooth day to day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR advisory and partnering services to business, include  recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, promotion, internal transfer, training, talent development & succession and employee relations to meet the ongoing organizational changes and strategic needs
  • Facilitate implementation of talent acquisition, employee relations strategies & initiatives, and labour relations to support delivery of short and long term business goals 
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services in delivering C&B agendas such as annual salary review and bonus exercise, HR systems implementation and annual budgeting exercise
  • Support continuous improvements in compensation and benefits, HR policies, processes and HR systems
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Assist to lead and deliver special projects and participate in ad hoc committees / project
  • Performs any other ad-hoc projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 8 years’ experience in HR with minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in F&B or retail industry
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Attention to details with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
