Job Summary

This role will be supporting the full spectrum of payroll functions for Group Food & Beverage in accordance with the established policies and guidelines.

The Job

• Responsible for providing professional HR services including monthly payroll, MPF processing, benefits administration, staff tax reporting, etc.
• Handle with 2 sets of payroll for Full Time Staff and Casual Labour.
• Manage new hires, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes.
• Compile HR analytics and statistical reports on a timely and accurate basis
• Handle general HR-related enquiries

The Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
• With 3-5 years’ solid experience in payroll & benefit administration in medium-size organizations, preferably from F&B industries
• Well versed in HR related ordinances
• Good numeric sense and detail minded with can-do working attitude
• Proficient in HR system (preferably Cityray system, CLMS), MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Contract period from July 2022 to November 2022
