Job Description

If you have passion for the following work scopes to cope with the group’s rapid expansion,

  • Look after and supervise HR & Admin department and to ensure operation is running efficiently and effectively
  • Supervise office admin support such as office maintenance, office supplies ordering, business trip reservations, etc
  • Manage, maintain and update of the company’s Linkedin page and ensure its professional appearance
  • Lead & assist in development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs in all functions, focus will be on training and staff engagement activities
  • Provide full HR supports including manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, training & development, performance management, employee relations
  • Provide counselling on staff issues, HR policies and procedures
  • Involve in staff recreational activities
  • Establish a professional recruitment program (incl. via Social Media) to attract new talents and handle all recruitment activities, from job posting to on-boarding
  • Design, organise, implement and evaluate training programs
  • Keep current with employment ordinance, HR benchmarking and best practices
  • Develop, review and update company and HR policy
  • Provide secretarial support to HR Manager
  • Other ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned

  • Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, initiative, attention to details, resourceful, team player
  • Extensive experience in training & development program and employee engagement preferred
  • Proficiency in Linkedin and its functionalities is definitely an advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation, knowledge in China Labour Law is advantage
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • PC literacy in Microsoft 365
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • 5 years+ relevant experience in a similar position
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as HRAM
  • Immediately available preferred
