Job Description
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Manage and handle mobility communications tools (Including Mobile, Pocket WiFi, IDD, efax & Conference bridge)
- Handle Talents Jetso offer and arrange bazaar
- Manage car park arrangement, Company vehicle handling, Fuel card and autotoll application
- Coordinate and work with the vendor and user departments to maintain the service standard
- Provide guidance to sub-ordinates in setting and achieving the service standard
- Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
- Implement the best and effective practices in administrative functions
- Organizing special functions and events for the company
- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as required
- DSE/ F.6 or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team player with good communication and time management skills
- Hard working, detail-minded, proactive and able to multitask
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office
