Job Description

DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a Hong Kong listed hospitality group with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, F&B beverage. Their Hong Kong office is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager, responsible for the full spectrum of C&B, recruitment process, in-house HR functions.

Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team to oversee HR operation including monthly payroll execution, tax reporting and benefits administration functions
  • Review and streamline HR operations process and set proper control to achieve high accuracy, quality and efficiency
  • Ensure company compliance with local legislation governing both compensation and benefits practices Maintain proper personnel records and staff leave records;
  • Handle staff benefits administration including group medical insurance; Support recruitment function such as placing advertisement, arranging interview and conducting interview;
  • Liaise directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on staffing matters
  • Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources related issues
  • Working closely with top management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Initiate, oversee and coordinate updating human resource software systems
  • Assist in organizing a range of employee relations activities
  • Responsible for HR related Ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administrative or equivalence
  • 12 years solid HR working experiences with 8 years in a supervisory or managerial position in any reputable hospitality group
  • Solid HR fundamentals developed through practical experience within a best-in-class organization around: performance management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, compensation, employee relations and organizational change
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment and passionate in people management 
  • Detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and candidate expectations
  • Possess good planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with different levels of people
  • Strong working knowledge of HK employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinary, redundancies and payroll are required
