• Arrange cheque payments, direct credit payments and remittances
• Arrange monthly payment of staff payroll for some subsidiaries of the Group
• Reconcile and follow up Accounts Payable and General Ledger accounts
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties and arrange necessary actions
• Prepare month end closing for accounting entries and monthly reports and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and handle payment & payroll related issues
• Provide administrative support to the department

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experiences in handling accounts payable and payment
• Proficient in PC applications; knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good communication skills to cooperate and negotiate with internal parties and external parties
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Treasury Officer
