Job Description:

• Handle daily activities on securities operations, settlement and custody services such as cash management, trade settlement, Corporate Action and reporting
• Promptly respond to queries from counterparty and provide solutions to the issues encountered by the operation teams
• Organize and participate in any required UAT test and other ad-hoc projects as instructed
• Oversee relationship with agents /sub custodians, and static data setup
• Update operation policies and procedures regularly to ensure continuous adherence to the regulatory, risks and internal control requirements
• Account Opening with sub-custodian/Agent
• Assist superior to complete other tasks as assigned 

Requirement:

• University degree in Business, Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in custody services or financial institution such as Asset Management Company
• Good knowledge on global securities market including cash management and unit trust services operations
• Solid experience in equities and bond settlement, Corporate Action and proxy voting in different markets, fund settlement (subscription and redemption processes
• Experience on operations of Securities Clearing Systems including CCASS, Bloomberg, Reuters, CMU and Clearstream/Euroclear
• Able to work independently under pressure with high degree of flexibility and willing to take on new challenges
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented and with good analytical skills, have good ability to learn new products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
