Job Description
- Responsible for performing analysis and liaising with business stakeholders to enhance system / operation solutions to address retail banking business needs
- Participate in business process re-engineering or compliance initiatives in accordance with Bank’s direction
- Provide support on system revamp project
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5 with minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis / project management
- Knowledge in retail banking products and related business processes will be an advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Operations
