Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of settlement activities for global equities, Fixed Income, FX and MM;
• Process daily tasks include trade matching and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficiently;
• Liaise directly with front office, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues;
• Conduct margin calls with counterparties;
• Prepare settlement weekly and monthly reports;
• Ensure daily relevant processing are completed properly within pre-defined deadline;
• Escalate any issue to Team Manager's attention in timely manner;
• Participate in UAT for any new system enhancement and implementation;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Degree or above;
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and has a logical mindset;
• At least 3 years relevant settlement experience in an investment bank or an asset management company;
• Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
