Job Description
- Responsible for performing independent credit assessments on credit card / unsecured personal loan product.
- Assist in the review and development of the Bank’s credit policies / guidelines and participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Involve in system enhancement projects such as preparing system user requirements, UAT and etc.
- Handle internal/external customer enquiries & complaints
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience of Unsecured lending in Credit Card / Unsecured Personal Loan business
- Knowledge on unsecured products
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Card Approval
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
