Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To perform loan origination, eligibility assessment, documentation, administration and customer service duties;
- To monitor the performance of the appointed servicers and agents;
- To prepare management statistics and reports;
- To identify rooms and propose recommendations for process re-engineering and risk control;
- To provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects; and
- The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
- A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in mortgage loans operations;
- Highly responsible, attentive to details with high degree of accuracy and with strong analytical skills;
- A good team player with positive thinking, self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and take up new responsibilities;
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset; and
- Strong PC skills in MS Excel and MS Access.
