Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan & organize overseas conventions and events to oversee proposals, program design, destination study and suggestion, budget control and all logistics involved.
- Keep review the existing workflow of events organization and to make recommendation to improve its effectiveness.
- Review and propose for the rules mechanism of sales incentives or campaigns to align with Company business direction and to boost production targets.
- Monitor the production trends of sales incentives in order to push and motivate consultants to achieve the production targets
- Participate in other workforce projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in Event Management, sales and Marketing
- Strong language ability in English and Chinese
- Good communication, organization and presentation skills
- Proficient knowledge in conventions or events organization and marketing
- Knowledge of MS Office & Database
