Job Description

In Moore’s Lead Advisory team, we advise our clients about their M&A related activities, including buy-side and sell-side matching, valuations, financial & commercial due diligence and tax due diligence services. We are seeking a high calibre personnel to manage our deal database and liaise with our clients and other Moore Global’s member firms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing positive, productive and professional relationships with clients
• Liaising with our Moore Global Corporate Finance Group and other Moore Global’s member firms for cross-border M&A deal opportunities
• Meeting with clients regularly
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks in maintaining our deal database
• Ensuring the functionality and coordination of business development activities
• Performing market research to attain market intelligence 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing
• 1+ years of marketing/business development experience is preferred
• Outgoing personality with exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of MS Office and social media tools
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
