We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:                                        

• Reviewing and commenting on legal opinions, debt and capital markets transaction documentation, security documents and corporate services contracts, case management and administration for multiple jurisdictions.
• Client facing and requires liaising internally & externally with administrators, lawyers and other professional parties.
• Handling ad hoc projects from time to time.

• Inhouse counsel 2-3 years experience or Qualified Lawyer with minimum 1 years PQE
• Experience in finance/banking and/or debt capital markets would be ideal
• Understanding of corporate finance and/or distressed/restructuring principles preferable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, diligent, business-oriented, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility
• English (mandatory) and considered favourably Chinese (Mandarin)
