Job Duties

-       Proofread typeset documents and amendments in English and Chinese
-       Final proofread for HKEx e-submission and other print files

Job Requirement

-       Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
-       Willing to work overtime and shift duty
-       Working experience in finance related industry, translation house or law firm is an advantage
-       Multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
-       Knowledge in standard proofreader’s mark-up and page set-up requirements is an advantage
-       Good command of written English, traditional and simplified Chinese
-       Able to work under pressure and time-sensitive deadline
-       Training will be provided to candidates with no experience
-       Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for Senior position
-       Fresh graduates might be considered for trainee position
