- Comply with the Data Protection act (Guernsey) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Hong Kong)
- Handle documents under data protection regulatory and AML
- Support on admin/ operations
- Collaborate with internal parties for customers' inquiries
- Degree educated 2 years or above work experience in customer service from banking and finance industry
- Less experience will be considered as Administrator
- Excellent in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command in written English and Chinese Customer service oriented
