Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform counter teller services including processing of cash/cheque deposit, inward / outward clearing cheques, fund transfer and time deposit
- Handle customer phone enquiries
- Provide clerical and administrative support, such as data input, and filing, etc.
- Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in Banking, Finance or other related disciplines
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial banking segment
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of RTGS and SWIFT would be an advantage
- Team player, good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
