Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for a full spectrum of fund operations duties for various hedge funds including NAV calculations, P&L, Margin calculations and reporting, Coporate actions, Currency exposure, Trade bookings, pre- trade/ post- trade compliance, etc 
• Responsible for Option/Futures Expiry + DR conversion workflows
• Run daily reconciliations with Fund Admin, PBs and Executing Brokers
• Hands on training of the portfolio system inclduing settlement and reconciliation, fund accounting and compliance
• Support risk monitoring upon request
• Liaise with counterparties such as fund managers, fund administrators, auditors and brokers

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, business administration or a related discipline
• Min. 6-8 years relevant buyside operations experience
• Strong knowledge of Equities ( cash/ swap), FX/NDF, Futures/ Options, ETFs
• Advanced Excel/VBA skills and strong technical mind using new internal/external vendors
• Past track record working with external PMS vendors and systems alike
