Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Head in managing the team and daily operations;
• Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients;
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand the base of clientele and explore new business opportunities;
• Solicit new client relationships, and maintain good relationship with existing clients;
• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints, account opening procedures;
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department;
• Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated;
• Holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) is advantageous;
• High level of customer service orientation;
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
• Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded;
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
• Flight Attendant is welcome
• IANG visa holder are welcome;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
