Responsibilities

•  Handle corporate finance projects including IPO, financial advisory and compliance advisory etc.  

• Responsible for project execution including due diligence, documentation, research and financial analysis, modelling and evaluation.

• Liaise with professional parties and regulators in connection with the corporate finance projects.

•  Assist in preparing the listing application and listing documents of clients.

• Assist in assessing potential projects, preparing pitch book and business proposals.  

  Requirements

•  A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance or related subjects 

• At least two years’ relevant corporate finance experience with IPO deal completion or with big 4 auditing experience (IPO project audit experience is preferred)

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

•  Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing  

•  Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
