Job Description

We are looking for someone who is independent, flexible and outgoing to join our young and energetic team for our new Credit Card Call Centre.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for cardholders’ requests, enquiries, complaints and card promotion in a professional and timely manner
  • Deliver consistent quality service to attain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support customer service hotline and lost card hotline
  • Handle lost/stolen card reported by customer
  • Perform clerical support and ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Shift duty is needed
Job Requirements:
  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations
  • Background in telemarketing is an advantage
  • Good communication, customer-serving manner, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to perform shift duties and work independently
  • Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate Officer
