Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loan operations and documentation
- Handle license renewal and follow up insurance policy
- Perform loan reports and handle overdraft accounts
- Provide customer service and handle enquiries from internal and external customers
- Ensure fully comply with regulatory requirements & internal policies
- Provide coaching and training to subordinates
- Take up ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in loan operations of banking industry with knowledge on auto & retail lending products
- Good knowledge in real estate loan or unsecured loan products.
- Communication skills and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
