Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position. 

Responsibilities:-

• Manage 10-15 branches under retail banking
• Formulate marketing and business strategies and to achieve the assigned sales targets covered full range of retail banking products
• Analyze and allocate customer portfolio to branch frontline staff
• Explore and involved in product development, segment marketing and sales campaign design and implementation
• Ensure all sales and operations are comply with the bank’s policies, guidelines, rules and regulations which prescribed by regulators
• Perform manpower management and staff development
• Participate and lead ad hoc projects

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 10+ years banking experience in which at least 2 years district management experience in retail banking
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products, retail banking operation, risk management and business practices
• Strong banking & business sense and self-motivated with good coaching and sales management skills
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
