Responsibilities:

• Provide service to sales force to achieve company targets
• Build good working relationships with business partners
• Provide professional advice and broking service to sales force and clients to ensure the service excellence and customer retentions;
• Handle and follow up on quotation, product selection, insurance policy issuing, underwriting, renewals, policy changes, claims service and premium matters;
• Liaise between service providers on policy premium and product coverage; Assist on premium collection with sales force/clients
• Review and verify application documents are in compliance with the requirements;
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary.

Requirements:

• University graduate with hands on experience in managing general insurance business portfolio;
• Qualifications in IIQE preferred;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in insurance administration support and client servicing;
• Energetic, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-minded and can work independently;
• Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proficient in computer software for day-to-day operations.
