Job Responsibilities

• Project proposal, budgeting and planning
• Responsible for execution of projects to ensure successful project completion by all means necessary, including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost control, etc
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining all project documentations including specifications, tender documents, progress & cost reports, site records, etc
• Responsible for coordination and maintain good relationship with external parties, including subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, designers, clients, etc

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Interior Design; Construction Management or equivalent
• 3 years' relevant project management experience in interior fitting-out project
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Project
• Skills in AutoCad and 3D Max is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated and independent
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager
