Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in routine administration, such as R&M databases, schedules, photo records and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress/craftmanship to ensure all works follow company standards and requirements
• Liaise and negotiate with internal and external parties to ensure the works completion on time
• Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor or project manager

• Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines is preferred
• Proactive, Responsible, To-Do Attitude, Good Team Player, and Details Minded
• Familiar with Word & Excel are must; AutoCAD is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
