Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of in-house technical staffs and maintenance contractors to provide quality service
- Lead the team and plan for the preventive maintenance, coordinate for repair & maintenance works as well as Retail / F&B / Revamp Projects
- Ensure all building facilities complying with regulations and ordinances
- Formulate and control annual budget for regular maintenance works and capex projects
- Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the campus
- Work with procurement team to issue tenders according to the procurement policy
- Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
- Liaise with the team to work out regular reports and attend client meetings
- Degree / Diploma holder in Building Surveying / Studies / Construction, Building Services, E/M Engineering, Architectural / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in technical field of property and facilities management of which at least 3 years at managerial level
- Exposure to commercial properties and design / run project experience is highly preferred
- Familiar in tender documents and budgeting
- Member of HKIE, HKIA, HKIS, CIBSE, RICS, BSOMES, MIMechE, MIPlantE ,SOE, CIOB, MIStructE or equivalent is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
- Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Assistant Technical Services Manager
