Job Duties

• Lead and manage the project teams on the implementing of solar PV projects 
• Control and monitor the multi-discipline activities of different subcontractors or vendors to ensure their performance is in compliance with contractual, technical and statutory requirements and standards
• Ensure an effective work planning and excellent resources management such that the commitment and expenditure for all construction projects are properly controlled and the qualifications and capability of the Implementation team are commensurate with the role they are assigned
• Develop, enforce and promote a high standard of safety and health practices throughout all project teams. 
• Direct, coach and motivate subordinates and derive optimal performance of teams 
• Provide advice and input at bidding or tendering stage to ensure minimum acceptable installation, future maintenance and logistic safety standards are included
• Develop and approve method statements and job hazard assessments, and ensure they are implemented and enforced during the project execution
• Resolve on the spot site technical problems and conflicts with customers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors by applying in-depth engineering expertise and excellent communication skills 

 Requirements

• A recognized University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experiences, with good track records inconstruction implementation and project management experience, and worked as a supervisory role in both structural and E&M projects
• Possession of professional corporate membership in relevant Engineering Institutions is preferred. e.g. Corporate Member of HKIE or equivalent qualification from other recognized engineering professional bodies
• Extensive managerial experience in leading teams to implement various projects
• Sound knowledge in multi-discipline engineering projects, e.g. distributed solar, electrical systems, control and monitoring systems, building industry
• Cantonese is essential, proficient English and/ or Putonghua is preferred
• Less experienced candidate will be consider as Assistant Manager
