Responsibilities:

• Provide general quantity surveying and contract administration services
• Taking off quantities from drawings and follow up sit progress, variation assessment and assisting in the settlement of final account

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or relevant disciplines
• At lease 3 years' relevant working experience
• Strong numerical sense especially in claims, cost and contractual aspects
• Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
