Job duties:

• To assist Project Manager to supervise and monitor all site operation, safety, quality of work progress, workmanship on site and cost control etc.
• To liaise with clients / designers and sub-contractors.
• To prepare and update the necessary documentation required for daily work processes.
• Knowledge of full set working drawings and detail drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3-4 years solid on-site experience in interior fitting-out works.
• Good communication skill and can work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good PC knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
• Good command on spoken and written in English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
