• Responsible for sales support and administrative duties, including preparing quotation, issuing progress invoices, logistics coordination, after sales activities, etc with accuracy and timeliness;
• Liaise and coordinate with various internal teams and customers for delivery and payment arrangement;
• Follow up and monitor the delivery status with various teams and customers to meet customers’ requests;
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when required;
• Prepare sales reports to the managers on a regular basis;
• Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and/or events;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the managers as required.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• At least 1 year of solid working experiences in sales administration with ERP experience is highly regarded;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Chinese Word Processing);
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Well-organized, proactive, self-discipline, detail-minded and responsible, with an aptitude of problem solving;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Able to work under pressure & tight schedules.
