Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating, amending and maintaining BIM models
• Conduct clash analysis and produce report for coordination meeting
• Coordination and execute BIM models with varies internal and external parties 

• HD or above in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Independent, hardworking, organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• 2 years or above experience in BIM projects preferred Possessing BIM professional qualifications from HKBIM/CIC/VTC is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Modeler / Engineer
