• 5 years’ or above experience in building construction, with more than 2 years’ or above experience in management of local building maintenance works;
• Member of building professional institute;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong leadership and management skill;
• Self-motivated, good team player and good communication skills.
