Chevalier (Envirotech) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance
• Handle all contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
• Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors
• Compile and update commercial accounts and records
• Assist in maintaining positive cash flow for the projects
• Prepare cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimations, material and labour cost
• Prepare cost plans to enable design team to develop practical designs for construction projects
• Review tender and contract documents, including taking-off quantities
• Monitor the project progress and assist in the valuation of variations
• Liaise with project team for contractual issues such as reviewing and drafting correspondences, dispute resolution, provision of contractual advice etc.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction industry
• Knowledge and work experience in NEC3/NEC4 would be an advantage
• Work experience in relation to E&M work/MEP work would be an advantage
• Work experience in relation to BIM would be an advantage
• Proficient in computer applications e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good supervisory skills

Candidate with less experience and lower qualification will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
