Responsibilities :

• Accountable and liaise with all construction issues & licensing issues including new restaurant construction, renovation and closing;
• Provide all necessary licenses submission to LL, government, and relevant parties;
• Review and ensure store layout and planning aligning are in fully compliance with government requirements;
• Take lead on execution project management process and take initiatives to liaise with operation, landlord, external consultants on aligning design and store planning stage;
• Supervise outsourced contractors and monitor the overall building services, E&M process for existing/ new shop/ renovation/ reinstatement project;
• Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment, testing, issue management and lifecycle management;
• Manage project to assure the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline;

• Degree holder in Project Management, Interior/ Architectural Design, Civil Engineering or related discipline with 8 - 10 years experience in F&B or hospitality industry;
• Knowledge of production drawings, interior detailing, material usage and FF&E package;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
