To meet our fast expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the newly created position of Building Services Engineer. 

 Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Prepare drawing submission such as CSD and CBWD and material submission.
• Monitor and supervise subcontractor to complete the project.

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years relevant experience in building services.
• Capable of managing the E&M sub-contractors and work independently.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Familiar with BIM will be advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as ABSE.
