Job Description
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Wide experience in construction estimating an advantage
- Duties will include tender preparation, cost negotiation and general estimating works
- Candidate needs to be strong in current fitout / A&A market rates
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good time management and able to work both as part of a team and independently when required
