Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
- Provide assistance in arranging Capex works
- Handle documents and contracts relating to R & M and Capex works
Requirements:
- Holder of Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or equivalent
- Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)
- 5 years relevant working experience in E&M field especially in maintenance field
- Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage
- Willing to work under pressure
- Strong coordination and communication skills
