Job Description
Your Next Challenge
- Carry out green building assessment including BEAM Plus and LEED
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients on sustainable design and green features for buildings and developments, and sustainability framework
- Be responsible for project delivery including co-ordination, stakeholder management
- Provide advice and solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the client requirements
- Involve in the preparation of bid submissions
- Strengthen the business network of internal contacts within Mott MacDonald
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural/ Building Services/ Environmental Engineering or related discipline
- 6-7 years of experience with proven track record of green building assessment, sustainability assessment consultancy services
- Corporate membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g. BEAM Pro, LEED AP)
- Experience in the use of relevant modelling for green building design (e.g. CFD modelling, MCS simulation, IES–VE, Dialux, Fluent, Odeon etc) is an advantage
- Independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to handle multi-task with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as an Environmental Consultant - Sustainability.
