Our Property Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.

The Property Development Department commits to provide development management and project management services within the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Drive for effective teamwork and coordinate, monitor, supervise and work in conjunction with other team members in completing the work with high quality and within the planning schedule
• Be responsible for overall management and supervision of design, planning, construction works and associated sub-contracts coordination, in particular on their performance on work progress, planning of site activities, management of consultants and contractors, logistic, safety and health, environment control, workmanship and quality, etc.
• Solve site issues such as technical problems, drawings discrepancy, materials submission and alteration, resolve Main Contractor site problem/review the progress/workmanship
• Develop, manage and monitor project plans including project programme, project organization chart, scope statement, constraints, assumptions, major milestones, schedule, resources requirements, procurement plans and risks management
• Monitor and control development and project costs within the approved budget

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or building surveying
• Possess recognized qualification of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent
• 6-8 years of post qualification experience in property development
• Concept and knowledge of project management software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project and PowerPoint would be preferable
• Conversant with local government regulations particularly in building control
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Mature, independent, possess strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
  
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
