Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the quality and progress of design and construction works to ensure the projects to be completed of high quality, on time and within budget
• Monitor safety, environmental and health performance during construction works
• Vetting of design and works submission proposals
• Coordination with project consultants/contractors 
• Accountable for Civil/Structural design work

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ practical experience with consultant or developer in design, coordination and supervision of civil/structural/geotechnical engineering or building projects particularly for large-scale residential property development in Hong Kong
• Able to work independently and proactively to resolve the engineering design and construction issues
• Familiar with government submission practices and procedures
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Civil/ Structural Engineer
