Job Description
The appointee will be responsible for supporting the team to prepare full set of accounts and implement effective financial controls procedures, including:
- preparing payment, receipt and journal vouchers
- preparing bank reconciliation, schedules and breakdown of financial information
- issuing donation receipt and related matters
- establishing and nourishing service partnering relationship with service units.
- handling ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI Level 3 or above, with 5 subjects pass in HKCEE/HKDSE with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience;
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (English and Chinese);
- Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage.
