Our client is a leading global US organization in the Technology sector, which plays a vital role in innovation and setting industry standard. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Regional Finance Director for APAC office. 

Job responsibilities:

-Lead and develop the Accounting team with full responsibility, and provide strategic vision and financial leadership
-Oversight and completion of monthly financial statements, both in US GAAP and Statutory GAAP
-Prepare annual and long term finance planning of the Company 
-Direct responsibility of financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit and tax compliance, treasury
-Plan and initiate improvements and new developments on accounting operation
-Formulate and implement internal control policies and procedures, monitor proper compliance, issue instructions on related matters
-Work with Business Head of Asia Pacific, serve as a business partner to achieve the revenue target in the region
-Liaise with internal and external auditors. Improve internal work processes and service level

Job requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
-Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent)
-15 years of post-qualification experience in which minimum 5 years at senior manager or above level, preferably gained from MNC with strong working knowledge of USGAAP
-Experience in working with a company subject to the US SEC financial reporting requirements is an asset 
-Strong analytical, inter-personal, communication and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and lead teams of professional staff
