Job Description
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, monthly customer statements, and relevant documents timely and accurately
- Contact with customers (mainly via phone and email) for A/R status and collect payment from customers
- Visit bank for depositing cheque and cash received
- Handle accounting entries relating to revenue, A/R and receipt
- Assist supervisor and manager in ageing analysis and handling overdue A/R
- General clerical duties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned
