Responsibilities:

• Responsible for review and quality assurance for financial reporting and consolidation for group reporting.  Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the submission of financial reporting.
• Provide training and audit plan for subsidiaries on audit assignment and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery.  Provide feedback and improvement points after the submission.
• Provide professional guidelines and technical support in day-to-day audit and accounting related matters in Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual and interim audits and tax consultant on annual tax returns.
• Prepare tax computation for Hong Kong and Macau companies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.           

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalents..
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing. Candidates from Big 4 and second tier audit firms are preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong or international accounting standards and relevant tax rules.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Independent, analytical, well organized and responsible.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of accuracy and carefulness.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Less experience would be considered as Senior Accountant.
