Job Description
- Handle daily rate request and related pricing inquiries (mainly USA tradelanes)
- Regular rate sheet and pricing database update and distribution to relevant stake holders
- Space / allocation coordination / arrangement with local offices and carriers
- Statistics and reports, market information update (e.g. FAK/NAC/Spot Rate Update, Utilization Levels, Blank Sailings etc)
- Coordination between carriers, sales & operation team
- Invoice / billing management
- Diploma or above
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and team player
- Pleasant and cooperative
- Preferred 1-3 years experience in Logistics Service Providers / Carriers
- Basic knowledge in shipping industry knowledge
- Knowledge or experience in pricing / ocean product will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates in related discipline are welcome to apply.
