Data Analysis

Requirements:

• Undergraduates in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables)
• Experience with SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools) is preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Possess some work experience in data analysis is an added advantage

• Work with real data sets in business context and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Support digital data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Insights)
• Tackle business problems with a data-driven mindset
• Assist in data projects related to data processing, architecture, flow and analysis
• Facilitate or perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Graphic Design

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication or related disciplines
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator an added advantage
• Knowledge in HTML is a plus
• Strong graphic and art sense, creative and passionate
• Good command of both writing English and Chinese
• Creative, self-motivated, sense of responsibility and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Create graphic design for website, eDM, App and Facebook etc
• Photo retouch for online marketing materials
• Design and develop UI for mobile App/Website
• Create communication materials for customer service
• Able to translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant design
• Maintain and update web content
• Create mock-ups for proposed projects when needed
