The Accounting Assistant in Toby will be responsible for overall financial functions.  You will be given regional exposure as our business grows in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, including voucher and data entry and filing
• Process and record AP and expense reimbursement transactions
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable function
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in administrative duties for the accounting team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or LCC intermediate or above.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, with experience in an E-commerce Company, is an advantage
• Good team player with a high degree of responsibility and a sense of cooperation
• Experience in Xero accounting system is an advantage  
• High proficiency in Excel is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is preferable
• Immediate available is preferred
